Kellswater Home Owners Association
The membership of the Kellswater Bridge Master Association is comprised of the residents of The Village of Kellswater Bridge. The Board of Directors, elected by the members, is the governing entity for the community of Kellswater Bridge and is responsible for administering the covenants and bylaws.
Kellswater Bridge Master Association provides unique and advantageous HOA services.
Residents of Kellswater Bridge are currently assessed monthly fees by the Association in the amount of $290.00.
Services which are covered by this fee are not only the maintenance of the beautifully landscaped and natural common areas (over 40 acres), but also the following:
- mowing grass
- Trimming shrubbery as needed
- Refreshing pine needles twice a year
- Fertilizing twice a year
- Aerating and seeding

- Digital phone service with popular calling features and virtually unlimited national long-distance calling
- TV including standard prime cable channels, local channels and selected HDTV channels
