THE TOWNHOMES ON KELSEY PLAZA

TheSouthern-style Townhomes on Kelsey Plaza are custom designed for two-unit buildings, which gives each townhome exterior side windows. The townhomes are constructed of low-maintenance James Hardie siding.

 

The Townhomes on Kelsey Plaza have front porches (some have double porches) which open onto the tree-lined sidewalks along Kelsey Plaza with its wide landscaped median. There are also side patios enclosed with a brick wall for private outdoor living areas. A short walk takes Townhome families to the spectacular Residents’ Club at the end of Kelsey Plaza.
