Patio Homes

 

In the Kellswater Bridge custom-designed Patio Homes, the kitchen, family living and dining rooms, formal rooms (if any), a minimum of three bedrooms (including the owners’ suite), and laundry are all on the first floor.  

 

Some of the Patio Homes in Kellswater Bridge have an upstairs bonus room and others have basements providing “overflow” living or “kidspace.”

 

The Kellswater Bridge Patio Homes feature hardwood floors, detailed moldings, and granite countertops   in gourmet kitchens. 

 

Most of the Patio Homes have front porches and side grilling porches.

Kellswater Bridge Approved Builders are constructing Patio Homes from their customized floor plans. Other approved floor plans are available and any “to be built” plan may be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for review.

 

The sod lawns are extensively landscaped and are maintained by the Home Owners Association including year-round mowing, fertilizing, aerating, seeding, shrubbery trimming and pine needle refreshing for each residence.

 

Each of the Patio Homes is a part of the Kellswater Bridge “Fiber to the Home” program which is provided through the Home Owners Association. The services include digital phone service with popular calling features and virtually unlimited national long distance calling; TV, high speed internet access and security monitoring.

 

Through the Kellswater Bridge Master Association, each Patio Home owner family is a member of the Kellswater Bridge Residents’ Club with its spectacular Clubhouse overlooking a lagoon/lap pool with slide and other water features, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, playground and picnic area.
