Estate Homes

The Estate Homes of Kellswater Bridge are located in a reserved section of the village community within easy walking distance of parks and the Kellswater Bridge Residents’ Club.

 

These large homes are custom-built by Kellswater Bridge Approved Builders who are well known for their attention to quality and detail. The Estate Homes are constructed of stone, brick, James Hardie siding and stucco in complementary combinations.

 

The Estate Home floor plans feature formal and family areas, gourmet kitchens, large first or second floor Owners’ Suites with luxury baths and oversized closets, large secondary bedrooms with private or “buddy” baths, “drop zones”, bonus and/or media rooms with an abundance of kid space and storage space. 

 

All Kellswater Bridge Estate Homes have outdoor living areas. Their two- or three-car garages are side-entry or recessed.

 

The interiors of the Estate Homes are beautifully appointed with specially designed moldings, build-ins, fireplaces, flooring and lighting.

 

Plans are available for customized “to-be-builts”, or plans can be drawn to meet your specific needs. All plans are reviewed for approval by the Kellswater Bridge Architectural Control Committee. 

 

All lawns throughout Kellswater Bridge are sod with extensive landscaping and irrigation systems and are maintained by the Home Owners Association, with services including year-round mowing, fertilizing, aerating, seeding, shrubbery trimming and refreshing pine needles.

 

Each of the Estate Homes is a part of the Kellswater Bridge “Fiber to the Home” program which is provided through the Home Owners Association. The services include digital phone service with popular calling features and virtually unlimited long distance calling within the contiguous 48 states; TV, high speed internet access and security monitoring.

 

Through the Kellswater Bridge Master Association, each Estate Home owner family is a member of the Kellswater Bridge Residents’ Club with its spectacular Clubhouse overlooking a lagoon/lap pool with slide and other water features, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, playground and picnic area.
