The Courtyard Cottages of Kellswater Bridge offer both the congeniality of front porches and the privacy of courtyards. These custom-designed cottages combine the charm of traditional southern exteriors and the easy relaxed lifestyle of open, efficient floor plans.

 

The 3 and 4 bedroom Cottages range up to 3000 square feet.
